JV & varsity sports began March 11th

Modified softball began March 18th
All other modified sports and unified basketball began March 25th

 

*Registrations should be submitted one week before the first practice
in order to be processed in time for the first day*

 

APP NOTICE: 7th/8th-grade students who are challenging to play up at the high school level (JV and varsity) must apply for the Athletic Placement Process. The deadline to apply has passed and applications are closed

Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination form on file in the health office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/try-outs. Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the last exam. For March starting dates the physical must be dated March 1, 2023 or after. The health appraisal form completed by the family physician should be submitted to the health office. This form is available to download via link here. If your child has a current physical, please forward the form to the appropriate school health office. The form can also be uploaded during the registration process. A 30-day update will be required as part of the online registration process. 

 

Emergency Card

Athletes need to submit an emergency card (yellow card) to the coach on the first day of practice in order to participate. The cards are available in the health office, or you can download a paper copy by clicking here


First Time Users- click the ICON below and follow the steps to create a family account. A tutorial is available on the left under "quick links" if you need assistance.

 

Returning Users-
To register the same student:

Login to your family account.

  1. Click "Register" link (blue paper and pencil icon) and choose the “name of student” from its dropdown.
  2. On the next page, choose the “name of the student” from the student name dropdown. 
    Note: The form will auto-populate the answers based from your previously submitted registration. Please review and edit the answers such as grade level, etc. 
  3. Choose the activity/sport then continue and submit the registration.

To add a new student in your family account:

  1. Login to your family account.
  2. Click "Register" link (blue paper and pencil icon) and choose "Register a New Student" from its drop down. 
    Note: Fill out the form as a new registration.
  3. Choose the activity/sport then continue and submit the registration.

 

Click the icon below to begin - IMPORTANT! If you already have an account set up, do not create a new account! All children in your household should be registered under one family account.
